Pastoral Support Coordinator

Grade: H5 

Full-Time + 2/3 days for A level/GCSE result days during the summer holidays 

Contract: Term-time + INSET 

Actual Salary: H5 – from £23,193 per annum  

Start Date: January 2025 

An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Hemel Hempstead School to join our dedicated pastoral team. 

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly effective Pastoral Support Coordinator. The main responsibilities of this post are; to support the vision and strategic direction of the school by providing outstanding pastoral care for students in our Sixth Form, and to support the Heads of Year 12 and 13 with administration. Another key function of this post is to safeguard and support the welfare of students. Further details of these can be found in the attached job description.
